Welcome to Denning Stained Glass, your preferred choice for quality glasswork and supplies. We help a variety of clients, including churches, artists—young and older, and anyone looking for a fun and rewarding hobby.
Is your church looking for a stained glass artist? We offer extensive services for liturgical stained glass and have contracted with many churches to repair and restore their beautiful windows or create new works of art. Our glass studio experts are skilled in all forms of stained glasswork, including traditional glass painting. We work hand-in-hand with church leaders to craft windows that reflect their denomination’s core values and teachings. And we are one of a handful of stained glass studios who specialize in the Dalle de verre glass art technique.
Customizing the design of a glass product is the most important part of the initial meeting with the client. While windows are our most popular item, and can be customized to fit any space, style, or color preference, we can help you bring any vision to life. Here are some of the fun pieces you can design and create at Denning Stained Glass:
- Fused glass bowls and other vessels
- Fused glass cheese boards
- Garden décor
- Tree ornaments
- Incense holders
Denning Stained Glass works with a variety of well-known glass suppliers, including BullsEye Glass Co., Kokomo, Wissmach, Youghiogheny, Oceana, and Oceanside Glass & Tile. Denning Stained Glass was founded by Andrea Denning almost 20 years ago. “I signed up for my first class and loved it, sparking a passion (and career) in stained glass.” Andrea secured a business license shortly thereafter and opened a stained glass shop under her home garage. She began offering classes to military families at Fort Leavenworth and this is still one of her all-time favorite things. In November 2018, Andrea opened the doors at Denning Stained Glass at 200 Branch Street in Platte City, MO. She is thrilled to help people enjoy art and provides daily studio access to aspiring artists.
